Use the form below to schedule your mediation. Choose your mediation type, click on the preferred date & time, fill out the form, and click “submit.” Once your request is received, we will contact you to confirm your scheduled mediation.

The mediators at Mid Florida Mediation Group are available statewide for mediations conducted via Zoom Videoconferencing. In person mediations can be conducted if requested and agreed to by the parties.
